The former president's Granddaughter Seeks Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf First Appearance

Emerging athlete getting ready for significant tournament

The rising star boasts considerable social media presence

The young golfer can count on plenty of well-known cheerleaders as she starts her LPGA debut later this week.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is connected to Donald Trump, obtained a special exemption to compete at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

The former president, someone who loves golf, operates multiple international courses and frequently matches against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we have some close matches," she stated.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, unable to come, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."

"My grandpa basically advised me to go out there and have fun," she continued.

"In my eyes, he's just a regular grandfather. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on presidential duties, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, Kai has competed in only three events recently and maintains ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

But she can receive tips from 15-time major champion, who is dating Kai's mother.

"He is the best player in the world," the young golfer said.

"And he's a superior person. He advised me to play, relax, following whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple most prominent players in women's golf at the competition, including world number two the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Officials commented that her participation brings the sport to wider groups, particularly reaching younger fans.

The young star boasts a massive following and recently launched a personal clothing and lifestyle brand.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
